Sunday morning

We are hanging tight in Rm 913, getting to know the staff better, and on Day 11 of chemo! We are hoping that Watts will be weaned off of methadone, ativan, and morphine within a week and back to acting more like a normal 10 month old. He has a super hard time when he gets close to needing his next dose of methadone and exhibits all the signs of drug withdrawal. It is very sad to watch. We have gotten a few smiles from him, though, which is thrilling to say the least!

First smile in 14 days!
His gross motor skills are more like a three to four month old right now. He struggles to hold his head up, grab things, and is no where close to rolling over or sitting up. But we are making progress everyday! So very thankful.
